Christopher Shaw – CEO
Christopher Shaw started working life as a programmer before moving into IT recruitment in 1983, and co-founding PS Computer Services Ltd in 1988. He founded Platform Black with Louise and Colin in 2011.

Louise Beaumont – Sales & Marketing
Louise Beaumont has 15 years’ track record of product and service development from idea generation through to effective commercialisation. She has developed and deployed successful growth strategies for businesses focused on the SME market, including Microsoft, Adobe, and Vodafone.

Colin Levins – CFO
Colin Levins qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) in 1987 and his roles include Partner and CFO of Knight Frank, CFO of Consensus Business Group, Chairmanship of Purely Mortgages, and CFO of London and Capital.

Dave Greenly – CTO
Dave Greenly holds significant experience in secure application hosting, storage and scalable systems spanning some 30 years with companies including Barclays, Hewlett Packard, TNT, and Atos Origin.

OUR ADVISORS
Our operations advisor, John Bush, from Linkssearch, has worked in the receivables Finance Industry for 30 years, and currently provides independent risk assessment consultancy services to a number of prominent asset based lenders.
We have also retained the services of PDT solicitors, who are recognised specialists in the field of receivables financing.
